Westchase is a master-planned, deed-restricted communi­ty located in Northwest Tampa. Surrounded by nature, ponds and wildlife are approximately 3,478 homes within 29 subdivisions – which include two gated communities and one manned-security community. In the heart of Westchase is West Park Village Town Center, a quaint, walkable area with parks, restaurants, sports and cocktail bars, dog grooming, coffee shops, express dry cleaner, hair/nail salon, gym and more. Regular festivals and movie nights in the park are held in the West Park Village area.
